Doctor Mashiach is a Pediatric Dermatologist and Head of the Pediatric Dermatology Unit at the Ichilov Medical Center. He maintains a private practice at the Assuta Clinic.
Dr. Mashiach has many years of experience treating acne in adolescents and adults using topical and systemic medications. He is proficient in techniques for removing acne scars using laser technologies and chemical peels.
The Doctor employs the latest methods for diagnosing and removing hemangiomas, and provides individualized treatment for atopic dermatitis, skin fungus (mycoses), viral warts, and other common dermatological conditions in children. He also diagnoses and treats rarer skin diseases such as melasma (melanoderma). The Doctor performs the removal of burn scars (using modern topical preparations), removes moles (nevi), conducts early skin cancer diagnosis using digital dermatoscopy, and creates nevus mapping.

Academic and scientific activities
Dr. Mashiach lectures to students at the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Medicine and was awarded the title of best lecturer at the university in 2008. He also teaches at the School of Nursing at the Ichilov Medical Center.
The Doctor successfully combines clinical and pedagogical work with scientific research and is the author of several dozen scientific articles published in international medical journals. His work topics include:
