Dr. Amnon Buchan is a leading gynecologist and reproductologist who heads the Institute for Fertility Research at the Women’s Hospital of the Ikhilov Medical Center. He sees patients privately at the Assuta Clinic, which has a large infertility department, which is one of the main areas of his work. The doctor’s expertise includes managing pregnancies, particularly high-risk pregnancies, delivering babies, and treating infertility using modern assisted reproductive technologies. The doctor performs in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures and deals with preimplantation diagnostics.

Dr. Buchan is known outside Israel not only as a physician but also as a researcher. More than 60 of his scientific articles have been published in international specialized publications.
Dr. Buchan is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine of Tel Aviv University and a supervisor of student papers. He teaches in advanced training courses for doctors and nurses.
